Lindsay is a born and bred New Yorker— but from the land of farms and fresh air a couple of hours north of the big city. Lindsay studied Philosophy, Politics, and Law at Binghamton University and went on to get her Masters in Communications from Columbia University where she gained the reputation of not-so-crazy dog lady. Finishing her graduate degree at the end of 2013, Lindsay is adjusting to the real world with the help of good books and even better dogs. She counts herself lucky to be able to do what she loves for a living surrounded by the best of company— because dog people are the best people. Lindsay and her family currently have three Shetland Sheepdogs, Shannon, Sawyer, and Shaylee.
Favorite Dog Quote: “A dog has no use for fancy cars, big homes, or designer clothes. A waterlogged stick will do just fine. A dog doesn't care if you're rich or poor, clever or dull, smart or dumb. Give him your heart and he'll give you his. How many people can you say that about? How many people can make you feel rare and pure and special? How many people can make you feel extraordinary?”— John Grogan, Marley & Me
